The Fusion Futbol Club was a large participator in the Kohl’s American Cup on October 31st, 2009. The Club had 12 teams that participated ranging from the U10 through U14 age groups. There were both Fusion recreational boys and girls teams that worked really hard in the tournament. This recreational tournament was held at the new Lake Myrtle Soccer Complex, the new home of the Florida Youth Soccer Association. The tournament was the inaugural event at this complex. The Fusion Recreational teams that participated had lots of fun and performances on the field were consistent throughout.
