Congratulations to all those that are coming to this Fusion FC Online Registration Page!! 

Your coming here means that your child(ren) has attended tryouts and has had a Fusion Coach offer them a roster spot for the upcoming season.  At the time all offers are made, the chosen player is handed their Online Registration Directions. 

Note:  If you are not sure whether your child has been offered a rostered spot as of yet,
please contact the coach before going any further here!!

All registrations are completed online in the comfort of your home.  You’ll have an opportunity to click on the Online Registration link below, either login to your child’s existing Got Soccer account or create one with your own username & password, complete the easy registration form, have the opportunity to pay by credit or debit card (VISA/Mastercard/Discover) on a secure site (or pay by check or money order) then print out a registration confirmation for your records.  

Please see the Tryouts page (and the links found in the left margin on the Tryouts page) for detailed information about club dues, etc.

Online you will be given 2 payment choices:  (1) to pay in full or (2) to pay in the payments listed on the Fusion Club Dues Information page.  You will also have the opportunity to purchase extra Fusion gear if you would like (in addition to what will be provided in their uniform kit - 2 jerseys, 2 shorts, 2 pairs of socks & a training t-shirt).

Please have the following information available to you to ensure your time in the Online Registration is quick & easy:

• Team Name (e.g. U12 Boys Black or U14 Girls Blue)
• All player & parent contact information (phone numbers, email addresses, etc.)
• Uniform Size Choices (Samples were displayed at Tryouts)
• Potential Jersey # Choices
• Emergency Contact Info
• Physician’s name & phone #
• Health Insurance info, if any
• Whether you want to purchase extra apparel ($10 Practice Ts, $18.70 shorts, $10.20 socks)
• Multiple email addresses, phone numbers & cells numbers for texting *

* When things like bad weather or practice or game cancellations come up at the last minute, you will want us to have various points of contact to get the word to your family as quickly as possible.
