2 Easy Steps

Step 1:  Register your child online.  Then,

Step 2:  Finalize their registration and pick up their uniform at the New Tampa YMCA at one of the following dates.  You will be in and out in minutes.  Pick a date that works best for you:

Wed, 9/14/11, 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.

Sat, 9/17/11, 9:00 a.m. - Noon

Wed, 9/21/11, 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.

Uniforms will also be distributed at those same times.  Available sizes will be on a first come first served basis.

Recreational Fees for the 2011-2012 Season are:

U5 & u6	$110 *
U7 & U8	$150 *
U10 & U12	$175 *
U14, U16 & U19	$195 *

In the online registration form, you will have the opportunity to list new player/family names of those you have referred to the Fusion Recreational Program.  A new player is one that did not participate in the program last season (2010-2011).  Please tell those that you have referred to list you as the referral family in their online registration form.  When the new player fully registers and what both of you have input matches, you will be reimbursed your $25 volunteer fee.     

This opportunity is available for all returning families as well as all new families this season.  If you refer a player that registers (and it is noted in both of your online registration forms), the referring family will be reimbursed their $25 volunteer fee.

You can receive one child’s volunteer fee for each registered referral you obtain. Spread the word.  Good News Travels Fast!!

• Know whether there are any nights you cannot practice, etc.
• Multiple email addresses, phone numbers & cells numbers for texting *
