Thank you for volunteering with us for the 14th Annual Fusion FC Labor Day Tournament. It is Fusion volunteers like you that will truly help the club make this another successful tournament.
With about 100 teams participating in our tournament, games are being played at 5 different field sites - most of which have volunteer needs.
Once there you can view the sign up chart. You will find the different volunteer roles needed at the different sites across the top of the chart with time slots that go down the left side of the chart.
Once you have determined the volunteer role, location & time slot(s) you’d like to volunteer, just click on the "Pick This Function" button for that slot and fill in your information. Once you’ve done that, that slot is yours. Also keep in mind that once you have claimed a slot, we need for you to fulfill the duty or we will be short staffed. For you to get credit for your volunteer hours, we ask that you arrive to your site 15 minutes before your shift is to begin and sign in with the site director (usually located under a tent or pavilion). Have the site director sign your
Volunteer Hours Log Form (print from here). At the end of your shift, please check in again with the site director and have them sign your sheet once again.
