Team Check-In Information for Saturday, April 30th

Dear Fusion FC Six on Six Participants:

Schedules have been posted for the upcoming Fusion Futbol Club Six on Six Tournament on Saturday, April 30th and Sunday, May 1st, 2011.

For 4-team brackets, each team plays 3 games on Saturday and the top 2 teams move on to the Finals on Sunday. For the one 5-team bracket (U13/14 Girls), each team plays each of the other 4 teams with two games on Saturday and two games on Sunday with the top two point getters will be the Champion & Finalist.

We are still in need of ONE U16g, U17g or U18g team to play in the high school age Senior girls bracket. Please pass the word to teams in your club and have them contact me for a greatly discounted registration fee.

Please make plans to check in your team at least one hour before your first game on Saturday April 30, 2010 at the Fusion 30th Street Fields. Click here for address & directions to the 30th Street fields.

You will need to provide (without this information, your team will be unable to play):

1)         Verified FYSA Roster (with jersey #s written in)
2)         Guest Player Forms
3)         FYSA Player Passes
4)         Medical Release Forms
5)         For those that have not yet mailed in your payment, hold on to it now and bring it to your check-in.

This tournament will provide competition for Competitive Club teams and Recreational All-Star teams. Applications are invited from U9-U19 girls and boys teams properly registered and in good standing with their National State Association comprised of properly registered players.

Registration Fee: $275

Registration deadline: ~~4/10/11~~ Extended to 4/18/11 ($25.00 late fee after the deadline).

Minimum three 40-minute games on Saturday; Semi-Finals and Finals on Sunday.
Champion T-shirts, Runner-up T-Shirts, Team Champion and Runner-up Trophies.

All players must meet the age requirements and must have a current signed, pictured and laminated player pass.
All players must have a notarized medical release form for the current seasonal year, 2009-2010.
A maximum of four guest players allowed per team. Maximum roster size is 12 players.
All-Star Recreational teams are intra-club teams comprised of any recreational players of the appropriate age group competing in the same club. They may also include up to four (4) guest players, recreational or competitive, coming from outside their club.
Teams will be bracketed and seeded according to their competitive division and records.
