Dear Fusion FC Six on Six Participants:
Schedules have been posted for the upcoming Fusion Futbol Club Six on Six Tournament on Saturday, April 30th and Sunday, May 1st, 2011.

For 4-team brackets, each team plays 3 games on Saturday and the top 2 teams move on to the Finals on Sunday. For the one 5-team bracket (U13/14 Girls), each team plays each of the other 4 teams with two games on Saturday and two games on Sunday with the top two point getters will be the Champion & Finalist.
We are still in need of ONE U16g, U17g or U18g team to play in the high school age Senior girls bracket. Please pass the word to teams in your club and have them contact me for a greatly discounted registration fee.
Please make plans to check in your team at least one hour before your first game on Saturday April 30, 2010 at the Fusion 30th Street Fields. Click here for address & directions to the 30th Street fields.
You will need to provide (without this information, your team will be unable to play):
1) Verified FYSA Roster (with jersey #s written in)
2) Guest Player Forms
3) FYSA Player Passes
4) Medical Release Forms
5) For those that have not yet mailed in your payment, hold on to it now and bring it to your check-in.
