There will be no coaches meeting.
The following will be required from each team at check-in:
- All players must be properly registered/rostered to their team as defined by the rules of their respective state association.
- Each team must submit an original roster plus two (2) copies*. The official FYSA roster is the preferred roster. If not the FYSA roster, the team must provide a certified/approved tournament roster from the team’s Federation Organization.
- * Due to the new FYSA rulings, U-16 through U-19 teams may have 22 players rostered however, must declare 18 players per game. A roster will be required for each game if there are any changes in players that will be playing during the tournament.
- Each team will be allowed up to four (4) guest players. Guest players from within the same club and added electronically to the official FYSA roster will be accepted. Players not on the official FYSA team roster must have the completed and signed guest player forms attached to each roster (original plus two copies).
- Player/coach/assistant coach/team manager passes must be issued by the team’s governing body, and must be current and valid indicating player name, State association registration number and date of birth. Passes must be birth date verified, properly signed, current photo attached and laminated. Birth date not verified passes must be accompanied by a copy of the player’s birth certificate which will be retained by the tournament.
NO PASS, NO PLAY, NO EXCEPTIONS
- The team needs to present at check-in current notarized medical release forms for each player.
- The official team roster need to include each player’s uniform number.
- It is the responsibility of the team coach/manager at this time to advise the tournament check in committee of any player(s) not present, ineligible to play, players serving suspensions and those wearing casts.
- Player/coach passes will be held by the tournament throughout the weekend. Please make sure you pick up your passes after you last game. Any passes not picked up will be subject to a $25 mailing fee.
- Teams not present at Friday night check-in will take the chance to not be able to start their first game (and possible forfeit or disqualification) if the team’s credentials are not in order.

From I-75 North or South - Take Exit 266/ Old 55/ Fletcher Avenue. Turn west onto Fletcher. Then turn left at the first traffic light onto Morris Bridge Rd/ Tampa Oaks Blvd. The hotel is ahead on the left.
From I-275 North or South - Take Exit 52/ Fletcher Avenue. Go East approximately 6 miles. Turn right on Morris Bridge Rd/ Tampa Oaks Blvd. The hotel is ahead on the left.
