HERE IS WHAT IS PROVIDED FOR YOUR CLUB DUES:
- All Coaching Fees
- All Team, Speed & Agility and Goalkeeper Training Fees
- A full new PUMA uniform kit (2 jerseys, 2 shorts, socks & a training t-shirt)
- Each team is provided a bag of PUMA Training/Game balls.
- FYSA Player Registration Fee
- CDL or USA League Team Registration Fee
- Referee Fees for League Play
- Club Overhead Costs (field maintenance, field equipment, lights, administrative expenses, etc.)
Depending upon the age and playing level of a team, there may also be Team expenses (items not covered by Club Dues). Those items may be: Tournament Registration Fees, coach travel expenses for away tournaments, referee fees for non-league games, special events your team may want to participate in, etc. Your Coach or Team Manager will provide information to you about any team expenses for your child’s team. Additionally, during the season the club provides fundraising opportunities to Fusion families to help offset these team expenses.
CLUB DUES *:
U9 & U10 - $595 + a reimbursable $80 Volunteer Fee
U11 & U12 - $850 + a reimbursable $80 Volunteer Fee
U13 & Up - $895 + a reimbursable $80 Volunteer Fee
* Each U9 – U12 team will also be responsible for selling one (1) $425 field advertising banner. Each U13 & older team will be responsible for selling two (2) banners.
VOLUNTEER FEE:
Volunteerism is an essential and wonderful element to the success of the Fusion Futbol Club. Although we would love to have all families involved with all the great club activities throughout the season, we appreciate that not everyone has the ability or the time to volunteer. This season an $80 volunteer fee will be assessed up front for each player. For those that do not wish to volunteer, nothing further will be required by the club.
For those that would like to volunteer and/or would like to have their $80 Volunteer Fee reimbursed, all you will need to do is volunteer just 8 hours this season and your $80 fee will be reimbursed to you. To help you with that process, we will shortly have two new forms posted: (1) Intent to Volunteer Form (to let us know that you would like to volunteer and in what types of capacity) and (2) Volunteer Tracking Form.
PAYMENT DUE DATES:
The registration fees are broken down into three payments.
The $300 non-refundable commitment fee ($225 for U9 & U10) is due during tryouts through online registration at the time the coach offers your child a roster position. This payment will reserve their spot on the team. The balance is paid by the next two payment dates: 7/15/10 & 8/15/10. Uniforms and player passes will be distributed to players once their Club Dues are paid in full.

ONLINE REGISTRATION:
We are pleased to announce that this season’s registration will be accomplished through the Fusion Online Registration system. During tryouts, if your child is offered a roster spot, the coach will provide them with the online access information to the registration system. That system will give you the ability to register your child(ren), provide yours & their information and gather uniform size choices (sizing samples will be available at each tryout session). We will also have the ability to accept credit & debit cards as well as payments by cash, check or money order for each of the payment due dates outlined above.
