The Fusion FC hosted the 4th Annual Golf Tournament at Heritage Isles Golf Course on Friday, October 16th, 2009. The event took place under cool, cloudy skies but several bright spots highlighted the event, thanks to the over 60 golfers who attended. The tournament was won by the team of Tim Jones, Mark Yonker, Matt Lozosky and Mark Stewart with a sizzling 16 under score! There were several teams who scored very well but could not close out as strong as the eventual winners. There were even some teams who did not score very well as a team, but played well enough to win some of the SKILL prizes such as long drive and longest put etc... Even our very own Fusion President, Lloyd Marriot, enjoyed himself so much that he nearly missed lunch at the Kennedy Barbeque Restaurant (located in Heritage Isles) as he continued to "over focus" on every shot, even though he knew his team was not on the leader board. We were very happy with the way the golfers performed and were very excited to see everyone having fun for such a great club function.

We are also very grateful for all the volunteers who helped from the registration table until the final gift was passed out and everything in between. We appreciate everyone’s efforts and time.
